Call to Order
1. Meeting was called to order @ 7:42 pm
2. In attendance:  Geralyn Nelson, John Peters, John Knapp, Matt Schilling,  Sue Knapp, Marlene Bodnar, Jackie Peters
 
 
Acceptance of minutes
  1. Minutes for December 2011 were reviewed and accepted
 
Committee Reports
  1. Treasurer’s Report:  Balance of $6,000.00.
  2. Fundraising for next year:
    1. Spirit wear: looking for a package
    2. Adbook: Need help with Ad and checks/advertising
    3. Comedy Night: Need another parent to help, trained by Sue
    4. Money used for Sunshine: cookie tray from Food Center
  3. Snack Stand: Dave Filley will take over for Matt Schilling
  4. Golf Coordinator: Matt Schilling will head this committee again
  5. Jake Jarvis sent a letter thanking Touchdown Club for Cancer Fundraiser
 
New Business:
  1. Board Members will all continue their positions
