1. Meeting was called to order @ 7:38 pm

Acceptance of minutes
1. Minutes for November 2011 were reviewed and accepted
Committee Reports

Treasurer’s Report: Balance of $20,770.00 with quite a bit outstanding checks but we should end the year around $8,000 - $10,000

Fundraising: Comedy night squeaked out about $2,500.00 profit

Family Dinner: Great Menu...went well

Team Breakfast: great went well...need a bill so they can get paid

Snack Stand: Hand game brought in about $2,000 but still have things to return...not as big as crowd as past years
Banquet: Cheryl reported we have close to 180 people attending
Coaches’ Gifts: Unger & Esteban to receive 200.00 Visa Gift Cards. All other coaches to receive $100.00 Larkins, Horton, Nault to get $100.00 to Whitfield. Motion to change the amount of coaches’ gifts due to the amount of coaches from $1500 to $2,000 (there abouts)
2nd gifts: $100.00 to Jay Crisculo, $150.00 To Paul Hyzak (both Whitfield's)
Mani/ Pedi to Renee Russo for Stats
Congratulations to Matt Hoey & Derrin Gelston in making the All SCC Team
