Call To Order
Meeting was called to order at 7:40 pm.

Acceptance of Minutes
Minutes for June 2011 and July 2011 were reviewed and accepted.
Committee Reports
Treasurer’s Report: Balance- $9,500 in Checking account
PayPal - $200
Fundraising:
Golf Tournament – Successful! Doubled from last year, 40 attendees. $4,600 after receipts around $3000. Matt Schilling thanks everyone for their help and support.
Team Tag Sale, Bake Sale, G’s, Cookbooks at J.J. Sullivan’s Parking Lot on Saturday, September 17, 2011.
Men’s Smoker – 20+ people, $300 - $400 made.
New Business
Freshman to cover snack bar.
Coaches vs Cancer – will brainstorm ideas.
Buddy Walk – Saturday, September 24th at Hammonassett.
Run 50/50 Raffle at games, $5 Shout outs to benefit an organization – will check with new AD.
Equipment – pads and tackling system. Pads $950 and System $975. Motion to purchase tackling system for $975 accepted and approved.
Comedy Night – Friday, November 18th (Friday before Thanksgiving) looking into Bob Nelson as headliner.
