Committee Reports

Treasurer’s Report: Balance- $7,715.20 in Checking account
a. Renewed website with League Athletics for $450.00 for a year (budgeted at $500)
b. Set up PayPal account - Go Daddy for $24.00
c. Insurance set with AMI – same policy
2. Fundraising:
a. Golf Tournament –Sponsors for last year will be contacted; Sign on Green will be applied for at $25; Matt given permission to use $500.00 for purchasing Raffle Prizes; Players needed – get the word out – Shoreline Times? Guilford Courier? GCTV? Email Flyer.
b. Car Wash – Saturday, July 16th; organized by Dave L. and Patti I.; send email to players to create poster – biggest and best poster will win a free lunch. Boys need to be at Palumbo’s by 8:15 to start setting up.
Other Business

Decals for helmets – ask Tom about inventory.

Spring Football – 30 players, several new.

Tag Sale scheduled for Sept. 17th at J.J. Sullivan’s – asking for families to donate items.

Bake Sale aslo on Sept. 17th in front of Guilford Food Center.

Program Ad Book – creating 2 letters (1 thanking for ad last year and would you like to place it again includes a copy of the ad and the other a solicitation letter).

First Day of Practice --- August 22nd; Parent Meeting --- August 17th; Team Camp – First week in August at UNH.

Comedy Night – Friday, November 18th (Friday before Thanksgiving)
