Guilford High School

1. Meeting was called to order at 7:40 pm.
2. In attendance:   Matt Schilling, Sue Knapp, John Knapp, Cee Trotta, Matt Hoey, John Peters, Dick Balaska

1. Minutes for May 2011 meeting reviewed and approved.

1. Treasurer’s Report:  Balance- $8308.08 in Checking account
2. Fundraising:
   1. Tag sale on Sept 17th @ JJ Sullivans
   2. Bake sale same day as the parade...Guilford Day -kick off for the fair
   3. Golf Tournament - Set for Thursday, Aug. 25^th at Lyman. Deposit needs to be sent in to hold date. Cost will be $63. per person for golf and dinner . A minimum of 40 players is required. Tee sponsors bumped up to $100.
   4. Smoker night still happening - Date TBD
   5. Car wash Soccerfest weekend...July 16th...Hoey, Clyne, Iassognoa to run. 8:00 am  start up time.
