Guilford High School Touchdown Club –  April 13, 2011 Minutes
Greene Community Center

 
Call To Order
1. Meeting was called to order at 7:35 pm.
2. In attendance: Matt Hoey, Dave Laurie, Jackie Peters, Cee Trotta, Sue Knapp, John Peters, Geralyn Nelson, Patti Iassogna
 
Acceptance of Minutes
  1. Minutes for March 2011 meeting reviewed and approved.
Committee Reports
  1. Treasurer’s Report:
    1. Budget - $26,800.
  2. Car Wash – Saturday, July 16th
    1. Pete will be at next meeting to discuss car wash.
Old Business
  1. Paypal – ask Kathleen if we can set it up on site.
  2. Budget set and balanced.
  3. Fundraising
a.  in touch with Zuse – asking about seat cushion
b.  Beefsteak - $35 per person – Sue will look into possibility of hosting event outdoors.

New Business
1.   Spring Football set to go – more information from Coach Unger to follow.
2.   Go Daddy.com renewal for website is due.
3.   Discussion of helmet decals – part of uniform. Questioned why club pays for decals and not school.
