Every player gets a certificate for participation

Discussion about ideas for banquet facilitation (to include announcements by Coaching staff and Ken Alberti)

Update on buyout payments and any outstanding monies owed?

Coach stipend payment due at the end of the season approved by Jake Jarvis

Ad book update

50 ads sold and profit of $ 3,744.55 ($5,025 minus $1,280.45 in printing costs)

Sell remaining inventory at swag wear table and concession stand

Freshman Class Pasta Dinner, 11/13/19

Plans are solidified

Youth Night, 11/15/19

Plans are solidified

Concession stand is all set

Flowers for dance team/senior dance team is not in our budget this year but Karen will put together an announcement for Lou Monaco to articulate at the next game

Team Breakfast, time - 9:00 am – 11:00 am, cost - $13pp

• Food drive donations will be accepted: Sack Hunger

Bon fire / burning of the shoe event (field reservation confirmed)

• Curfew for event?

Team shirt design – seniors design shirts to be presented at the banquet, so Karen will take a picture and send it to Coach Salvati for him to have the 3 Captains design it this year (due by 11/27/19)

Voting new Board for TDC @ December meeting; Barb to send out email - Open positions:

• Secretary and Vice President

01/12/20 – Banquet @ the Woodwinds

• 11/22/19, 3:00 pm for preplanning event
• Coach’s gifts (whistle/Barb), (framed subway art/Paula)
• Senior gifts (duffle bags/Paula)
