Discussion: TDC agreed to sponsor second coaching position ($4,252); check would be payable in November, 2018. Coach is considering someone to come onboard in a different capacity. Candidate is going through the interview process at this time.
Coach’s Corner: Posting process for second coaching position closes on 02/14/18; it will fill Frank Ralston’s role, who is not returning.
Workouts: Ciro committed through 02/22/18

Spirit Ware: Amy will contact GYL; Paula Downer will call Chris Jankura
Fired Up: Paula Eldridge to organize a paint night event
Neck ties w/new logo, flip-flops, design a new t-shirt?
Concession Stand: only four home games
Guilford Football Alumni FB page: Paula Eldridge to draft sponsorship request and post to page; Paula Downer to get admin info from Paula Burns and then a list of alumni from Jake Jarvis
Community service hours: seek volunteers from HS to participate in Ad book creation; Paula Downer to contact Tammy Lizotte
Pasta dinners: Paula Burns to coordinate; 4 home games, each sponsored by freshmen, sophomore, juniors, seniors
Ad book: Christine Nizolek volunteered to participate but no one has agreed to chair the project; also needs one rep from each class
Buy-out options: Set up online store, payment plan as soon as school ends this year
