Date TBD: Team to vote on nominations for captains, which then must be reviewed by Jake Jarvis and approved before communication to team

Alumni Letter: Coordinator – Paula Eldridge

BOE drafted a letter to all students/parents to address “pay-to-play” philosophy

Letter has not yet been distributed; waiting to hear from Jake Jarvis on timing

The Board would like to address this topic during the parent meeting as it may influence buy-out numbers

·        Private videographer has been commissioned for scrimmages/games

·        Equipment purchases (footballs, player wristbands, garbage cans); costs to be covered by TDC

·        Guilford Youth Football has donated $1,500 for Hudl Sidelines; Downer to send thank you note

·        Eldridge will create a spreadsheet to track all Ad Book, Alumni Donations and Player Buy-Out funds
